I just smoked two of these chuck roasts this last Sunday for a work lunch. A little rub and 8 hours later at .225 on the smoker, they turned out perfect. So tender and full of flavor, you couldn’t tell if it was brisket or chuck roast.
The meat is so amazing. I haven’t had one bad night of eating with it.

The tenderness and flavor was to die for. I know its just ground meat, but its so much better than store bought meat.
