Ordered buffalo burger down here in New Mexico. Nic got my order shipped out ASAP, 90 degree temps, and everything showed up frozen and perfect.

My brother says they are delicious! He hasnt smoked the ribs yet but no doubt, they are great as well: thanks again so much!!!

For some reason I had reservations about ordering my meat online without having ever saw or tasted what I was getting into, but the gang at 1889 provided high end meat at a great price that far exceeded expectations and tasted like it had never been stuck in a big warehouse or run through the strain of the bulk logistics that my corporate grocery store meat is exposed to. I cant really explain it, but it just tasted better and fresher, but I didnt have to pay an unnecessary premium to get it. I'll be reordering soon and recommend this to my family and strangers alike because it's that big of a difference!

Well marbled tasty and tender
For my first try I simply braised
And slow cooked
When I took out the ribs out the bones
just pulled out
And the flavor fantastic
Will enjoy again !
