I was gifted one of the 1889 Meats steak bundles for Christmas. Decided to grill up the bone in ribeyes for my family to celebrate a birthday tonight. To begin with, the marbling on their steaks was outstanding. I had very high expectations for them and these bone in ribeyes did not disappoint. By far the best steaks I’ve had (restaurant or home grilled) in a looong time!
Absolutely phenomenal New York bison steak—lean, flavorful, and incredibly tender! It arrived fresh, perfectly portioned, and cooked up beautifully with a rich, slightly sweet flavor that sets it apart from beef. The quality is top-notch, and it’s clear this company takes great pride in finding the best. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We love to put the filet tenderloin on the smoker for a couple hours before cooking. Money cannot buy a finer steak.
Second time ordering, ribs are consistently large and tasty. I ordered from a different supplier at the same time to compare, and they were both at the same price point. These were larger and better by far. Done experimenting - these are my only go to now!

I just smoked two of these chuck roasts this last Sunday for a work lunch. A little rub and 8 hours later at .225 on the smoker, they turned out perfect. So tender and full of flavor, you couldn’t tell if it was brisket or chuck roast.
The meat is so amazing. I haven’t had one bad night of eating with it.
The tenderness and flavor was to die for. I know its just ground meat, but its so much better than store bought meat.
